• Services: Armando's Salon does NOT offer refunds for services provided. We will be happy to provide adjustments within 7 days of initial service.

• Retail: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on retail products, proof of purchase is required. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied. All clearance, discontinued items, brushes, hot tools and jewelry are final sale.

 

• Cancelations:Kindly give 24 hour notice for cancelations. Clients who have not shown to three or more appointments will be required to pre-pay in order to book your next appointment.

 

• Payments:We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa And Discover credit cards. All checks must be issued by a New Mexico bank, starter checks will not be accepted (< #1000).A valid drivers license and phone number must be provided. Should there be NSF you will be charged our bank fees.

 

• Late Arrivals:There is a 15 minute grace period for each scheduled appointment. However, please understand your stylist may need to alter the services provided or reschedule your appointment.

 

• Service Animals: Service animals are welcome ! Pets are not allowed in the salon at any time, we apologize for any inconvenience.

 

• Extensions: Extensions are custom ordered for each client. A 50% deposit is required to schedule and order your hair Guests paying with a check must pay in full, and the check must clear before your order will be placed. We offer NO refunds on extensions.
