About Us
Armando's is an employee staffed salon that operates as a team driven organization. Operating as a single entity helps to provide every client with a consistent, high quality experience. Before booking their first client every new stylist must complete an additional six months of in-house training after successfully completing a cosmetology program and passing NM State Board exam.
MEET OUR TEAM
Jill Caskie - Level 6 Stylist
Jill began working at Armando's Salon 18 years ago. As the proud owner today, she strives to provide a salon culture of teamwork and growth to ensure an outstanding guest experience. She is currently New Mexico's State Captain with the PBA (Professional Beauty Association) and So-Cap's educational advisor.
She begins each day "ready to make the world more beautiful". Jill's devoted clientele appreciate the personal touch she uses to create great hair for each individual.

Delmy Mendez - Level 6 Stylist
Delmy speaks English, Spanish, and HAIR!
As a master stylist at Armando's,she loves creating dimensional colors and is willing to tackle any color correction.
Board certified in both Cosmetology and Barbering, Delmy is a master at men's cuts.
Certified in Lash Extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, Brow Laminating, tinting and Hair Extensions.
Danika Smith - Level 4 Stylist
Danika's friendly and upbeat personality is reflected in her work, and she looks forward to growing her clientele.
She is certified in Hair and lash extensions as well as Brazilian Blowout services.

America Cruz- Level 3 Stylist
America is an up and coming stylist at Armando's.
She joined our team in 2019 and is looking forward to providing all things beauty to each and every guest in her chair.
Julissa Gonzales- Level 2 Stylist

Julissa has a creative spirit and loves to help her clients achieve their personal hair goals by listening and utilizing her skills.
Byrdee Otero- Level 1 Stylist
