About Us
Armando's is an employee staffed salon that operates as a team driven organization. Operating as a single entity helps to provide every client with a consistent, high quality experience. Before booking their first client every new stylist must complete an additional six months of in-house training after successfully completing a cosmetology program and passing NM State Board exam.
MEET OUR TEAM
Jill Caskie - Level 6 Stylist
Jill began working at Armando's Salon 18 years ago. As the proud owner today, she strives to provide a salon culture of teamwork and growth to ensure an outstanding guest experience. She is currently New Mexico's State Captain with the PBA (Professional Beauty Association) and So-Cap's educational advisor.
She begins each day "ready to make the world more beautiful". Jill's devoted clientele appreciate the personal touch she uses to create great hair for each individual.

Delmy Mendez - Level 6 Stylist
Delmy speaks English, Spanish, and HAIR!
As a master stylist at Armando's,she loves creating dimensional colors and is willing to tackle any color correction.
Board certified in both Cosmetology and Barbering, Delmy is a master at men's cuts.
Certified in Lash Extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, Brow Laminating, tinting and Hair Extensions.
Mia Hardman- Level 5 Stylist
Mia is Armando's level 5 stylist and loves all things extensions from hair to lashes and looks forward to helping you create your desired goals. She is certified in lash and brow tinting as well as brow lamination.

Danika Smith - Level 4 Stylist
Danika is Armando's newest graduate of our associate program and is now offering all level 4 services.
Her friendly and upbeat personality is reflected in her work, and she looks forward to growing her clientele.

America Dodd- Level 1 Stylist
America is an up and coming stylist at Armando's.
She joined our team in 2019 and is looking forward to providing all things beauty to each and every guest in her chair.
