Cancellations
As a courtesy to your stylist and any clients that may be waiting for a cancellation, kindly give 24 hour notice. The answering machine will be on after hours, so please leave a message. Last minute emergency cancellations will be taken into consideration.

No shows or calls of 2x or more will be required to pre-pay in order to reschedule.

Late Arrivals
There is a 15 minute grace period to your scheduled appointment. Your stylist may need to alter the services provided or reschedule your appointment.

Waiting List
If you find you are unable to get an appointment at the time you wish, please ask the receptionist to put you on the cancellation waiting list. Leave your name, telephone number, day and time you wish to come in and we will do everything within our power to help you schedule your desired appointment.

Family Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. Please refrain from bringing guests and children to your appointment. Allowing you to fully Relax, Indulge and Experience.
