Cancellations
Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to your nail, hair or massage professional and any clients that may be waiting for a cancellation, kindly give 24 hour notice. The answering machine will be on after hours, so please leave a message. Last minute emergency cancellations will be taken into consideration.
Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to everyone, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may need to be cut short in order to be on time for another client(s) after you. The traffic can get hectic sometimes, so if you are coming from a high traffic area in town, please give yourself extra time to arrive for your appointment. Enforcing this will ensure the least amount of infringement on everyone’s schedule. If you wish to reschedule your appointment as a result of being late, you will be expected to pay for that appointment time.
Waiting List
If you find you are unable to get an appointment at the time you wish, please ask the receptionist to put you on the cancellation waiting list. Leave your name, telephone number, day and time you wish to come in and we will do everything within our powe to get with you.
These policies are for everyone’s benefit. There is nothing more stressful than rushing to an appointment only to find that you’ll have to wait an extra 15 to 30 minutes. So, let’s show everyone the courtesy of valuing each other’s time since we are so limited these days. Thank You. |
