Cancelations
Kindly give 24 hour notice for cancelations. If calling after hours, please leave a voicemail message. No shows or clients who have canceled more than twice (without sufficient notice) will be required to pre-pay in order to reschedule.
Late Arrivals
There is a 15 minute grace period for each scheduled appointment. However, please understand your stylist may need to alter the services provided or reschedule your appointment.
Waiting List
If you are unable to get an appointment at the time you wish, please ask the receptionist to put you on the cancelation waiting list.
